1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or subscribing to the CRM platform wecan crm the client ("User") agrees to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement").

If the User does not agree, they must not use the Service.

2. Company Details

This Service is owned and operated by:

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

3. Scope of Service

The CRM platform provides tools including but not limited to:

  • Lead management
  • Customer data tracking and reporting
  • Interaction and communication logging
  • Workflow automation
  • Integrations with third-party services (where applicable)

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

  • Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly).
  • All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
  • The Company reserves the right to change pricing at any time with prior notice.

5. User Responsibilities

The User agrees:

  • To provide accurate and complete information
  • To maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Not to use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
  • Not to upload or distribute harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
  • To comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the UAE

The User is fully responsible for all activities under their account.

6. Data Ownership

  • All data entered into the CRM remains the property of the User.
  • The Company does not claim ownership of User data.

7. Data Responsibility & Backup

  • The User is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and management of their data.
  • The User must maintain independent backups of all important data.
  • The Company is not responsible for any loss of data under any circumstances.

8. Data Security

The Company implements reasonable security measures to protect data. However:

  • No system is completely secure
  • The Company does not guarantee absolute data security

9. Data Access & Usage

The Company may access User data only for:

  • Technical support
  • Maintenance and system improvement
  • Legal compliance

The Company will not sell or intentionally misuse User data.

10. Service Availability

  • The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
  • The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Downtime may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen issues

The Company is not liable for any loss due to service interruptions.

11. Third-Party Integrations

  • The Service may include integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., APIs, Meta, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • The Company is not responsible for:
  • Failures or downtime of third-party services
  • Policy changes by third parties
  • Data handling by third-party platforms

12. Intellectual Property

  • All software, design, branding, and content belong to Al Saadi Information Technology Est.
  • Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service
  • Copying, reselling, reverse engineering, or misuse is strictly prohibited

13. Data Loss & External Risk Disclaimer

The User acknowledges that the Company shall not be held liable for any data loss, damage, or unavailability caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • War, conflict, terrorism, or geopolitical events
  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, fires, storms, etc.)
  • Government actions or regulatory restrictions
  • Internet failures, power outages, or infrastructure issues
  • Cyberattacks, hacking, malware, or security breaches
  • Failures of hosting providers or third-party services
  • Technical system failures or unforeseen errors

The User understands that:

  • The Service is not guaranteed to be fully secure or uninterrupted
  • Data may be subject to loss, corruption, or unauthorized access despite precautions

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for:
  • Data loss
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • The total liability of the Company shall be limited to the amount paid by the User in the last 30 days prior to the claim
  • No compensation shall be provided for data loss under any circumstances

15. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from:

  • Any claims arising from misuse of the Service
  • Violation of laws or third-party rights
  • Any disputes related to User data

16. Suspension & Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without notice if:

  • Payment is overdue
  • Terms are violated
  • Suspicious or illegal activity is detected

Upon termination:

  • Access will be immediately revoked
  • Data may be deleted permanently after a reasonable period

17. Data Retention & Deletion

  • Data may be retained for a limited time after termination
  • After that period, data may be permanently deleted without liability
  • Users must export their data before termination

18. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it without consent, unless required by law.

19. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • War or conflict
  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Internet or infrastructure failures

20. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.
